The nominations for the Screen Actors Guild awards (the most grammar-vexing awards on the calendar!) were announced today, with strong showings again by both “Barbie” and “Oppenheimer”. These awards, scheduled to be announced on February 24th, are normally a strong indication as to which way the Oscars will fall so are worth paying attention to. 

I will provide my predictions for the awards nearer the time. But until then, here are the nominations for the movie category (extracted from deadline.com).
